Above rates are quoted in US dollars, per room, per night based on single or double occupancy.   Rates are subject to 13% tax and 10% service charge.  Meals are not included.  Above rates will apply (3) days before and (3) days after the official dates (April 25-April 29, 2008), subject to availability. 
2 children under 12 years old can be accepted at no extra charge when sharing the same room with parents and using existing bedding only at Ocean View room category.
All room reservations must be guaranteed by each group participant with TWO nights deposit. Accepted Credit cards are VISA, American Express and Master Card. Copy of the credit card both sides, authorization letter to charge the two nights deposit and a copy of an ID is required by the Hotel as part of the Mexican Bank Policies.
It is imperative that this form is completed with all specific information.  To reserve the room, the “Registration Forms” needs to be sent via fax directly to the Hotel at:

It is highly recommended to book in advance, a limited number of rooms have been blocked for this wedding group up to  February 26th 2008 - 5:00:00 PM.  At that date, reservations will be subject to availability at the public rates.  Any cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to two night room rent plus tax penalty as well as no-shows.
Special concessions: a cupon for a welcome drink, 10% discount at Cabo Real Golf course, 10% discount on water activities at TIO Sports.
The confirmation number will be faxed back to you by the Hotel.
